• Visit us in person.  You do not need an appointment during store hours. We will assist you with your selection and ensure it is right for you.. 
• Come prepared. Bring in a few photos of your staircase from the top looking down and the bottom looking up. This helps with the selection process. Many times we can provide an estimate based on photos.
• Bring home our samples.   Find a few styles from our showroom that work with your interior and take them home. Many factors such as paint color, lighting and other interior aspects can affect the way the carpet looks.  We can also order complimentary swatches and have them sent directly to you. 
• Request an estimate.  Once you have made a selection we can provide you with an estimate. Typically we can provide an estimate with your photos and a few simple measurements. We will confirm the carpet selection, installation style and binding. 
• Confirm your selection and place you order: A 50% deposit is required to place your order.  
• Timeline.  Many staircases will need a template appointment before the installation is done. This is necessary for any staircase containing landings or pie shaped stairs to ensure the runner is precisely cut to fit your staircase. During the template appointment we will discuss the width of the runner as well as pattern direction. From order to Installation the timeline is typically 3-5 weeks. However if your carpet selection is not in stock timing will be dependent on the manufacturer’s production date.
